Among the 16 ha of the estate about 1/3 of the area is handpicked whereas the remaining of the harvest is mechanical, which allows picking the grapes quickly at the best time and at the optimum temperature, in particular when all the grapes are ripe at the same time !

Regarding handpicking, we start usually at the beginning of September with Gamay for primeur, followed by Mauzac for sparkling wine and we conclude end of October with late harvests.

Harvest time is good for developping friendship around good meals prepared by Anne. It is also the oportunity to learn about wine-growing and wine-making, and to known better what you have in your glass ! All good wills are welcome, ask us should you are interested.
